Countdown to #RSD16! Today we’re looking at the first of two exclusives in our new range ‘Classic 45’s’. This is Mod.
Housed in a hard slipcase, the ten 7″ singles are ‘dinked’ as juke-box singles and the box includes a ‘spider’ centre for play.

Mod youth culture – music and fashion – exploded in the UK in the early 1960s and spread through the decade to include the USA.
The term ‘Mod’ came from the fashion side and the clothes worn by beatnik fans of modern jazz, but the music of the movement was rooted in soul and R’n’B, embracing ska and beat-pop.
The ten specially selected double AA side 7” singles in this box pull together twenty of the most diverse and exciting tracks of the golden era of Mod. Nearly fifty years later it is inevitably impossible to find mint copies of these great songs on vinyl.
Includes The Small Faces, Yardbirds, the Spencer Davis Group, PP Arnold and the best of the era.
