About this release

Limited Edition contains a print signed by Dave Bartram.

The first Showaddywaddy album box set for more than a dozen years, with this 13CD/220+ Track collection.

From their winning appearance on an edition of ‘New Faces’, the ‘Britain’s Got Talent’ of the day, to become runners up in the series’ ‘All Winners Final’, it took just a matter of months until Showaddywaddy released their debut hit, ‘Hey Rock And Roll’ and the rest is Pop Music history, with the band having more Top 40 UK hits than any other Artist or Band in the 1970s.

Packaged as a CD-size box-in-box format featuring their run of albums from 1974’s self-titled debut to 1983’s “Living Legends”, with the addition of three extra albums recorded between 1996 and 2008, along with two Bonus CDs, that features 44 non-album singles, b-sides and rarities, including TWO PREVIOUSLY UNRELEASED TRACKS, ‘Dot Dot Dotand ‘Three Good Reasons’, as well as an unheard mix of ‘Out On The Town’, which were produced by legendary GRAMMY® Award winning producer, Roger Lomas.

The set also features liner notes from Showaddywaddy expert Steve Thorpe, giving a glorious insight as to why the band are still revered and selling out concerts today.

Showaddywaddy are continuously acknowledged as the hardest working band in the country, currently with 84 shows scheduled between January 2026 and March 2027!

This set has been produced in collaboration with Dave Bartram, who still manages the Band’s recording and live performance activities.
