Ross enjoyed a massively successful 2012 with Deacon Blue on their ‘come-back’
album ‘The Hipsters’, whereby he
celebrated 25 years in Deacon Blue, released a Top 20 album, had three singles
‘A’ listed on BBC Radio 2 and sold out their 17 date UK tour.
Ross now releases his first solo album – ‘Trouble Came Looking’ - for eight
which he began writing as the wheels started to fall off the economy.
“I like to describe it as modern folk, and it's about the helplessness we
all felt as governments signed off billions to protect the banks and
institutions, and then sat back and watched as normal people lost
