· Following his huge success with his first two albums, in August 1975 Leo returned with the single “Moonlighting” (# 2) and the album “Another Year”, which reached # 8.
· Fourth album “Endless Flight” (1976) was recorded in the US with top producer Richard Perry (Diana Ross, Carly Simon, Barbra Streisand, Art Garfunkel) and an array of the US’s top session musicians. The idea paid off, rewarding Leo with his biggest worldwide album, selling a million copies in the US (# 4 in the UK). It also provided him with two US and UK # 1s in “You Make Me Feel Like Dancing” and “When I Need You”, perhaps Leo’s two best–known songs.
· There are two bonus tracks per album including a non-album single a-side, and Leo’s version of “Tears Of A Clown”. The booklet features brand new sleeve notes by Leo himself for each album, as well as photos from his own collection.

Demon Music Groups Edsel label has acquired the rights to all 10 albums Leo Sayer recorded during his decade-long (1973-1983) tenure with Chrysalis, and launched the series with two double-disc sets featuring his first four albums and bonus cuts. Mentored by Adam Faith, Sayer really hit the ground running and had immediate success with first single The Show Must Go On, which he promoted dressed as a clown. Any suggestion he was a novelty act was dispelled by the success of One Man Band and Long Tall Glasses, and all three tracks are included on the first set along with some excellent self-penned material. Sayer became even more successful when Another Year was released, and tracks such as Moonlight, You Make Me Feel Like Dancing and When I Need You are included on the second set.
